These are the rules for using Parkint. By using our website, app or service, you agree to them.

What the service does

Parkint uses cameras and software to work out which parking bays look free, and shows that to visitors and to the operator of the site.

It is a guide, not a guarantee

Bay information can be wrong. A camera can be blocked, a vehicle can arrive between readings, or the connection can drop. Always check the bay when you arrive, and follow the signs and markings at the site. Do not rely on Parkint alone.

Holding a bay in the app does not give you a legal right to that space, and does not stop someone else parking in it.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
You must be 13 or older.

Fair use

Do not:

Hold bays you do not intend to use, or hold many at once
Try to break, overload or get around our systems
Copy our data automatically or resell it without our permission
Use the service to follow or watch any individual person or vehicle

For parking operators

You are responsible for signage and for telling people cameras are in use.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply where your site is.
Equipment we supply stays ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You will give us reasonable access to keep the equipment working.

Paying

Charges are per parking bay per month, plus any platform fee, as agreed with you in writing.
Invoices are due within the terms shown on the invoice.
Fees do not include taxes unless the invoice says so.
If an invoice goes unpaid we may pause the service after telling you.
Either of us can end the agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees already due stay due.

Uptime

We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, power cuts, internet faults, weather and equipment failures all happen. We will tell operators about planned work where we can.

Where we draw the line on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Parkint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business, or for anything arising from relying on bay information that turned out to be wrong. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Our material

The software, design and content are ours. You may use the service, but not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
